Authorized use

Users agree to keep passwords confidential, protect one-time passcodes, not share authentication codes with others, keep account and authentication information accurate, report suspected unauthorized access, and use approved authentication methods when required.
Identity & authentication services
Waian Enterprises may provide identity and authentication services to help protect access to systems and information.
Authentication methods may include passwords, passkeys, security keys, authenticator applications, SMS authentication, certificates, or other approved methods.
Available authentication methods may vary by system, risk level, user role, and administrative policy.
SMS authentication
Waian Enterprises may provide SMS messaging as one method for multi-factor authentication, account verification, and account security.
SMS messages may include one-time passcodes, verification codes, authentication prompts, security-related account messages, and SMS authentication support messages.
SMS messages are transactional and security-related. Waian Enterprises does not use its SMS authentication program to send advertising, marketing, or promotional text messages.
SMS consent
By enrolling a mobile phone number for SMS authentication through a Waian Enterprises identity, account, or access-management system, users agree to receive SMS messages from Waian Enterprises for authentication and account security purposes.
Message frequency varies based on login activity, authentication attempts, account verification, and security events. Message and data rates may apply. Consent to receive SMS messages is not a condition of purchase.
SMS opt-out & help
Users may opt out of SMS messages at any time by replying STOP. Users may request SMS help by replying HELP.
Users may also contact support.
If SMS authentication is required for account access, opting out may affect the user’s ability to sign in until another authentication method is configured.
Service availability
Waian Enterprises makes reasonable efforts to maintain service availability but does not guarantee uninterrupted or error-free operation.
Services may be unavailable due to maintenance, outages, security events, carrier issues, third-party provider issues, or circumstances beyond Waian Enterprises control.
Monitoring & security
Waian Enterprises may monitor use of its systems and services for security, operational, compliance, and support purposes.
Monitoring may include logging access attempts, authentication events, administrative actions, system events, and security-relevant activity.
Privacy
Use of Waian Enterprises services is governed by the Waian Enterprises Privacy Policy: waian.org/privacy.
The Privacy Policy explains how Waian Enterprises collects, uses, protects, and shares information, including authentication records, mobile phone numbers, and SMS consent records.
Third-party services
Some Waian Enterprises services may rely on third-party providers for hosting, messaging, security, identity, support, or other operational functions.
Use of third-party services may also be subject to additional terms or policies from those providers.
Changes
Changes to services
Waian Enterprises may modify, suspend, or discontinue services or features at any time, subject to applicable obligations.

Disclaimer & limitation of liability
Waian Enterprises services are provided on an “as available” basis to the extent permitted by law.
Waian Enterprises disclaims warranties that services will be uninterrupted, error-free, or completely secure.
To the extent permitted by law, Waian Enterprises is not liable for indirect, incidental, consequential, special, exemplary, or punitive damages arising from use of or inability to use its services.

Governing law & dispute resolution
