This Privacy Policy explains what information Waian Enterprises LLC collects, how that information is used, when it may be shared, and how users can contact us with questions.
Scope
This Privacy Policy applies to Waian Enterprises websites, identity services, authentication systems, support channels, and related services.
Some services may have additional privacy notices or contractual terms. If a separate notice applies to a specific service, that notice will explain how it relates to this Privacy Policy.
What we collect
The information Waian Enterprises collects depends on how a user interacts with our services.
User-provided information
We may collect name, email address, username or account identifier, organization or account affiliation, mobile phone number, authentication settings, security and audit logs, support requests and related communications, browser, device, and network information, records of user consent, preferences, and account settings, and technical information needed to operate, secure, and troubleshoot services.
Automatically collected information
Like most website and service operators, Waian Enterprises may receive technical information automatically when users access our websites or services.
This may include IP address, browser type, device type, operating system, referring page, date and time of access, pages or resources requested, error logs, and security events.
We use this information to operate services, understand service usage, troubleshoot issues, detect abuse, and protect systems.
How we use information
Waian Enterprises may use information to provide and operate services, authenticate users, protect accounts and systems, deliver one-time passcodes and account security messages, manage multi-factor authentication settings, respond to support requests, detect and prevent unauthorized access, monitor service reliability and security, maintain logs for operational, audit, compliance, and security purposes, and comply with legal, contractual, regulatory, and security obligations.
Authentication and account security
Waian Enterprises may process authentication-related information to verify user identity, protect accounts, and secure access to systems.
Authentication-related information may include usernames, account identifiers, authentication settings, login events, multi-factor authentication status, phone number verification records, and security logs.
SMS messaging & mobile information
When a user enrolls a mobile phone number for SMS authentication, Waian Enterprises collects that number along with associated consent records. This information is used only for authentication, account security, support, compliance, and service operation.
For full details about the SMS authentication program, see the SMS.
Cookies & similar technologies
Waian Enterprises websites and services use cookies and similar technologies only to the extent necessary to operate services and maintain security.
Cookies used by Waian Enterprises are session cookies and strictly necessary cookies used for authentication, session management, security controls, and service operation. Waian Enterprises does not use advertising cookies, behavioral tracking cookies, or third-party analytics cookies that identify individual users.
Because Waian Enterprises uses only strictly necessary cookies, no cookie consent banner is presented. Users may control or block cookies through browser settings, but doing so may prevent authentication services from functioning correctly.

Service providers are authorized to use information only as needed to provide services to Waian Enterprises.
Service providers are not permitted to use mobile opt-in data, SMS consent records, or mobile phone numbers for their own marketing or promotional purposes.
Information sharing
Waian Enterprises does not sell or share personal information as defined under the California Consumer Privacy Act.
Waian Enterprises does not sell, rent, or trade mobile phone numbers, SMS opt-in data, or SMS consent records.
Waian Enterprises may share information when reasonably necessary to operate and secure services, provide support, work with service providers, prevent fraud or unauthorized access, investigate security incidents, comply with legal obligations, enforce applicable terms or agreements, or protect the rights, safety, and security of users, systems, or the public.
Aggregated or de-identified information
Waian Enterprises may use aggregated or de-identified information to understand service performance, improve reliability, evaluate security controls, and support operational planning.
Aggregated or de-identified information is not intended to identify a specific individual.
