Account & authentication support

Contact support if you need help with account access, multi-factor authentication, SMS authentication, security keys or authenticator apps, password reset issues, account recovery, suspicious account activity, or lost or unavailable authentication methods.

SMS authentication help

Waian Enterprises may use SMS messages to deliver one-time authentication codes and account security messages.

SMS messages are used for authentication and security purposes. Waian Enterprises does not use its SMS authentication program to send advertising, marketing, or promotional text messages.

Users may request SMS help by replying HELP. Users may opt out of SMS messages by replying STOP.

If SMS authentication is required for account access, opting out may affect the user’s ability to sign in until another authentication method is configured.

Common SMS issues

I did not receive my authentication code

Check that your mobile phone has cellular service, your phone number is entered correctly, your carrier is not blocking messages, your device is not filtering unknown senders, and you have not previously replied STOP.

If the issue continues, contact support.

I opted out but need to sign in

Contact support to configure another authentication method or restore SMS authentication if appropriate.

I received a code I did not request

Do not share the code with anyone. If you receive an unexpected authentication code, contact support immediately because someone may be attempting to access your account.

Security issues

Contact support immediately if you believe your account was accessed without authorization, your password or authentication method was compromised, you received an unexpected authentication code, you lost access to your approved authentication method, or you see suspicious activity related to your account.

A note on Waian.org Waian Enterprises will never ask users to provide passwords or one-time authentication codes by phone, email, or text message. Never share authentication codes with anyone.
